How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. Our sizes run from S to 3XL. If you are between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes! If the size is not right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange.

Products & Packs

What is included in each pack?

Each product clearly states the pack size (Pack of 2, 3, or 4). All pieces come in the same design in the size you select. Packs offer the best value per piece.

What is the difference between Basic and Printed collections?

Basic collection: Solid classic colors — everyday elegance that mixes and matches easily.
Printed collection: Seasonal prints and patterns for those who love a more expressive style.

What are the fabric details?

All School Cotton Wear products are made from premium-quality cotton for breathability, softness, and lasting comfort. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Egypt are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear) must be unopened to be eligible. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and Egyptian payment gateways. All prices are in EGP.
